Manufacturer. Immediate opening for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, ENTRY. ---------- ***** ---------- JOB SUMMARY- Codes orders daily, answers all phone inquiries, and coordinates shipping. Processes orders per procedure. Organizes all paperwork for filing. handles customer complaints and service problems. Follows up on customer inquiries pertaining to production and shipping information. Serves as inside salesperson, quoting prices and answering product inquiries. Acts as a liaison between customer, salesperson, and factory. Performs other duties as assigned. ---------- ***** ---------- JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS- Include but not limited it the following- Prior Customer Service experience is preferred. Must have good communication and math skills and good analytical abilities. Proficient in 10 key. Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Windows. Must be able to use all applicable office equipment.
